Mothering Sunday
Celebrate Mothering Sunday With Us!
We warmly invite you to our special Mothering Sunday service on 15th March at St Matthias’ Church where we will celebrate all the wonderful people that have cared for us in our lives –
especially our Mothers.
The service will be informal, with opportunities for children to participate and activities that link with our theme.
We’ll have mixture of modern songs as well as more traditional hymns accompanied by the organ.
What to Expect
10:00 to 10:30 – Arrive Warm welcome at the door!
10:30 – Service Starts With songs of worship.
Bible Reading Given by children from our schools
Interactive Talk With opportunities for children to participate
Prayers Written by children from our primary schools
Holy Communion Available for all those who normally receive bread & wine, or anyone who would like to receive a blessing
11:30 – End of Service Refreshments Available in Link Room
